Red Oak Tree!

I found this gorgeous Red Oak Tree on a photo walk in a park near my home and immediately knew I had to create a photograph of this stunning Fall scene. I was drawn to the shapes and arrangement of the leaves and their brilliant fall color palette with the gorgeous blue sky peeking through in the background. I used a shallow field of focus to highlight the bright red, orange and green leaves in the foreground and make them stand-out from the rest of the tree. The narrow depth of field also created a lovely bokeh aesthetic for the out-of-focus parts of the composition in the background.
