I made a book!
The Dérailleur Project Book is an 8” x 8”, 56 page, full-color, paperback photography book of bicycle rear dérailleurs photographed in my studio. The book features 24 rear dérailleurs from 10 different manufacturers. The Dérailleur Project Book was inspired by my love and fascination for bicycles and their simple yet complicated design.
Dé•rail•leur: noun - A bicycle mechanism that moves the chain allowing it to shift to different gears. The heart of a modern bicycle is the rear dérailleur also known as the “rear mech” and my favorite, the “gearbox!”
The first 50 copies of the book will be signed and will include a 4” x 4” print of the Campagnolo Super Record 50th Anniversary Model rear dérailleur that’s featured on the cover of the book.
